THE CHALLENGE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

This is the age of the entrepreneurship! Never before  have more people been realizing that Great Indonesian Dream of owning and operating their own business. Studies indicate that more people are working to start their own business than are getting married or having babies! This resurgence of the entrepreneurial spirit is the most significant economic development in recent business history.

The past two decades have seen ecord numbers of entrepreneurs launching business and current conditions suggest that we may be on the crest of new wafe of entrepreneurial activity not only in the United States but across the globe as well.
Now I want to explaining about  entrepreneur definition, An entrepreneur is one who creates a new business in the face of risk and uncertainty for the purpose of achieving profit and growth by identifying opportunities and assemblingthe necessary resources to capitalize on them.
Who are these entrepreneurs and what drives themto work hard with no guarantee of success? What forces lead them to risk so much and t ake so many sacrifices in attempt to achieve an ideal?
Why are they willing to give up the security of a steady paycheck working for someone else to become the last person to be paid in their own companies?

The second paper will examine the entrepreneur and what relation of entrepreneur with my major, management.
